We have our grounds back! We’re super excited BUT….. Look carefully at our aerial shot of the new equestrian grounds and you’ll notice there is no provision for toilets. The budget simply didn’t extend that far and the Council DA requires that we supply at least 2 toilets. They must be wheelchair accessible toilets before we can start using this newly built riding area.
The cost to hire 2 accessible toilets is too prohibitive for our club on an ongoing basis. At the moment it is costing $50 / week to hire the one port-a-loo that we currently have (not disabled).
We have decided to buy rather than hire the required 2 toilets and must raise $8,000 to do so.
