Saturday 2nd June will be Working Equitation (WE) Play & Practice Day. Our day will start at 8:30am with the building of the obstacle course.
Once the course is built Cody Wilson has kindly offered to give focus lessons on a couple of the obstacles.These lessons will be unmounted. Cody will discuss how to ride the obstacle, what the judge looks for, what to do when your horse doesn’t co-operate at the obstacle, how to practice the obstacle at home etc etc.At each obstacle ask many questions. This is your opportunity to pick the brains of some-one who has won many WE ribbons and is keen to share her knowledge. (Thank you Cody!)After the focus lessons have finished it will be time to saddle up and practice and play for as long as you like.
