New National Interschool Committee appointed

FORM 8
EAs incident report Form 08 is mandatory to report all incidents, that occur at an EA affiliated equestrian activity and must be completed within 24hrs. Form 08 must be completed by the Medical Service Provider (MSP) in attendance.
Winter Sun greeted FEI Jumping Course Designers
An intense three days of instruction and discussion greeted the 12 candidates who were seeking to upgrade their qualifications as course designers in jumping. The course was directed by John Vallance (AUS) and Gerrit Beker (NZL) on behalf of Equestrian Australia as the hosts.

New EA National Passports
We are introducing new EA National Passports with a lifetime validity to eventually replace the existing National Passports which currently expire every 4 years. The new National Passports will start being issued on 2nd October 2023.

Mandatory Working
with Children Check
The 1 July deadline for the mandatory Working with Children Check’s (WWCC) for all EA Officials has now passed. To act as an Official at an EA Event your WWCC must be submitted to EA and your membership must be current.
AGM
The notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting has been issued to be held held on Monday 9 October 2023 at 7pm. Voting Members will be advised if the Annual General Meeting will be a Telecommunication meeting or as a hybrid in-person and Telecommunication meeting.
