The start of 2025 could not be any busier, four weeks of Twilight Jumping plus two Working Equitation training days and now for the Eventers we’re having a Combined Training Competition.

Combined Training Competitions are run under Eventing rules with just two phases, dressage and show jumping. Dressage scores are converted to penalties and any jumping penalties are added with the objective being to achieve the lowest score possible. In the case of equality of scores after both phases, closest to optimum time for show jumping wins.
At Our Event
- the dressage tests will be the same as those on offer at the Sydney ODE held on the following weekend
- riders will be able to have 2 rounds of jumping not the usual one round
Conditions of Entry
- Open to EA & BRC members only
- Horse/rider combinations are permitted to ride in a maximum of two consecutive test/height classes
- Same horse/rider combination for both phases
- Entries are limited in each class
- No whips or callers permitted in the dressage phase. Eventing dressage tests will be used.
- Discounted entry fees for BRC members. Ribbons awarded to 4th (excluding extra show jumping round)
- Separate classes for Junior & Adult riders
